If the brand new steamer beeps without heating up when it's first turned on, use electrolyte-containing water such as tap water and keep the water level between the minimum and maximum levels. You can add a little salt to the water cup to let the system detect the electrolyte content at the first use. Be sure not to let the water boil dry as it is very dangerous. If the steamer makes a beeping sound after boiling with tap water, it could be due to the water level being higher than the Max line or the boiling bubbles reaching the Max line. This causes the steamer to judge the water level as too high in order to avoid water spilling out and potentially hurting people. If a non-new facial steamer stops working suddenly, check the water level to make sure it is appropriate. If the water in the water cup becomes dirty or the bubbles generated during boiling exceed the Max line, stop using the steamer and clean the water cup. To deal with scale or stains on or around the heating pipe, wipe and clean the heating tubes. You can also add 10ml of vinegar to the water cup and heat it for 5 minutes, then cool the water and clean the cup with tap water. Do not use detergent on any part of the product, as heating it after washing will create bubbles.
