How much water should be added each time? Use the provided measuring cup to take 100ml of distilled water, ensuring it does not exceed the max water level.

Why doesn't the steam come out? Check the water reservoir for an adequate water level. Ensure the steamer is properly plugged in and turned on. Wait 2-3 minutes for the steam to come out. Clean the steam outlet to remove any blockages.

Why is the steam output weak or inconsistent? Check for mineral deposits or build-up in the steamer. Perform regular cleaning and descaling of the device.
